No.2/2012 dated 08.11.2012 invites online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Primary Teachers (PRT) Group C Post in the Department of Elementary Education Haryana to fill up 1107 vacancies in Mewat District and 8763 vacancies in other Districts of Haryana. HSTSB PRT educational eligibility: Candidates should check whether they have the below said educational qualification to apply for HSTSB PRT vacancies.

1. Candidates should have done Senior Secondary or its equivalent with not less than 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education. (OR)
   Senior Secondary with 45% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education in confirmity with NCTE. (OR)
   Senior Secondary or its equivalent with 50% marks with 4 years of B.El.Ed (OR)
   Senior Secondary with 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Special Education (OR)
   BA/B.Sc/B.Com and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education.


2. Should have HTET /STET Certificate of Haryana or should have experience of 4 years as Primary Teachers with one time exemption of HTET/STET


3. Should have taken Hindi/Sanskrit in Matric or Hindi in 10+2/BA/MA as one of the subject.

HSTSB PRT age limit: The candidates age should be between 18 to 40 years as on 08.12.2012. However the upper age limit relaxation will be there as per norms.

HSTSB PRT salary: The pay scale for Primary Teacher vacancies in Department of Elementary Education in Haryana is 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of 4200.

Fees: General candidates need to pay 300 and SC/BC candidates have to remit 75 and this should be deposited in any SBI branches 48 hours after online registration of HSTSB PRT with CDAC Mohali. ESM and PHC candidates of Haryana are exempted from fee payment.
